TH 403: Order and Ministries

A scriptural, historical and theological study of order and ministries in the Church. Attention will be given to current Scriptural exegesis, the development of tradition through the Fathers, the Scholastics, the Tridentine period and Vatican II. Contemporary issues on the priesthood especially in Africa will also be addressed.
