New Liturgical Schedule Begins January 14
Beginning Monday, January 14, the Dominican community will no longer combine Morning Prayer with Mass on weekdays and Saturdays. The two liturgies will be celebrated separately, Mass following Morning Prayer, according to the schedule below. Other weekday liturgies and the Sunday liturgies remain unaffected by this change. As always, all liturgies at the House of Studies are open to the public.
Monday thru Friday
7:00 AM Morning Prayer, followed by Mass (which will usually begin around 7:20)
12:00 PM Rosary
12:15 Midday Prayer
5:30 Office of Readings & Evening Prayer
9:00 Night Prayer
Saturday
7:30 AM Lauds, followed by Mass (which will usually begin around 7:50)
12:00 PM Office of Readings & Midday Prayer
5:20 Rosary
5:35 Evening Prayer
Sunday
8:30 AM Office of Readings & Lauds
11:15 Mass
5:20 Rosary
5:35 Evening Prayer
9:00 Night Prayer
NB — On weekdays, a receptionist will be present beginning at 6:30 to welcome guests attending Morning Prayer and/or Mass. On Saturdays, a receptionist will be present from 7:00 to 7:30 to welcome those attending Morning Prayer, and then again around 7:45 to welcome those arriving for Mass. Anyone arriving after 7:30 will have to wait until 7:45 to be let into the priory.
