Schedule for the Solemnity of the Assumption, August 14–15

In observance of the Solemnity of the Assumption, the House of Studies will follow the special schedule below. These liturgies are open to the public.

Monday, August 14

7:30 AM               Lauds, followed by Mass
12:00 NOON       Office of Readings & Midday Prayer
5:30 PM               First Vespers of the Assumption

Tuesday, August 15

7:30 AM                Lauds, followed by Solemn Mass with Renewal of Simple Vows
12:00 NOON        Office of Readings & Midday Prayer
5:30 PM                Solemn II Vespers of the Assumption
9:00 PM               Compline

With this Solemnity Compline returns definitively to 9:00 PM. Lauds and Mass will remain at 7:30 AM until Monday, August 28 after which the schedule during the academic year is in effect.
